Situated at the end of a long private drive and on 300 yards of its own shoreline, the Cozumel Caribe was one of the original hotels of the island. A few years ago it stopped operating as a hotel and has just been reopened as a purely residential building - much like a condominium. The only building that is currently open is the Tower. On the lower levels there are some long term residents and there are currently 4 units being rented on the 10th floor.
On the property just off from the pool area is a natural sandy beach with easy access to the sea. There are lots of colorful fish to see here.

North Shore
The North Shore is Cozumel’s best kept secret. The abundant areas of rocky shoreline have spectacular snorkeling, and there are far fewer tourists. Of course, located here is also the beautiful Jack Nicklaus golf course which provides great recreation, exercise, and the opportunity to see some of the exotic wildlife that ordinarily lies hidden in the jungle.
