4 of the bedrooms (one of them a master suite with a second room) offer luxuriously decorated and tiled in-suite bathrooms and in-room sitting areas, facing the Caribbean with a full ocean view.
Villa Yak'alil is located south of town in the Marine Park, on a secluded cove with only one neighbor. The beach is very secluded, only few people pass by walking. Directly in front of the villa is the Tunich Reef, part of the second largest barrier reef in
the world.
So swim off your private beach to beautiful snorkeling grounds or use the onsite kayaks to go snorkeling, exercising or just relaxing on the blue ocean in front of your house. Or get picked up by a dive boat at your own beach. After enjoying your favorite water
sport, you can shower and wash your gear in the outside divers’ room.
And to give you a maximum of time for all these vacation joys, we provide complete maid service six days a week. The two caretakers – with basic knowledge of English - reside on the premises in their own seperate quarters.
