Situated at the end of a long private drive and on 300 yards of its own shoreline, the Cozumel Caribe was one of the original hotels of the island. A few years ago it stopped operating as a hotel and has just been reopened as a purely residential building
- much like a condominium. The only building that is currently open is the Tower. On the lower levels there are some long term residents and there are currently 4 units being rented on the 10th floor. On the property just off from the pool area is a natural
