• Did you have a good overall stay? Yes! • Was the vacation rental in a great location? Yes, awesome location! • Was the home clean and in good shape? No. The beds were rock hard. The master bedspread had stains right in the middle of the the bed, so gross! Luckily I found another one in a closet to use.Also, the sheets were awful. Thin and pilled. Lucky for me there were several sets of brand new ones in a closet as well. One of the two chaise lounges on the awesome porch were completely broken and useless. Have no idea why it was even there. Not one piece of comfortable furniture in the house. Really a shame for such an awesome place otherwise Also no lighting in the kitchen. Had to wash dishes and cook in the dark practically. I borrowed a bedroom lamp for the kitchen counter. That helped some. The sofas were filthy and absolutely no structure. Sink down 2 ft when you sit in it. Luckily we had enough extra sheets to cover them with. We made the best of it, but would not stay there again unless things were changed. • Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? Yes! Raul responded quickly to my questions via email, and helped me reset the safe when I closed it too soon. He was very nice.
More couch space would be nice when six people are staying there. This is our second time and we would come back. Thank you!

Pros: Beautiful landscaping, spacious rooms, ideal layout, awsome views, washer and dryer, very peaceful and quiet. Cons: Hard beds(I think ALL beds on Coz are hard!), far from activity i.e shopping and food. I would absolutely stay here again. The location is prime for divers as it puts close to the best reefs on the island. I am not thrilled with Sand Dollar Sports tactics in charging people who choose to use other dive ops to use the pier. Really makes their dive shop less attractive. Looking for action and nightlife-stay elsewhere. For a tranquil retreat, this is the place!
Didn't like the airconditioning system---basically have a room air conditioner in every room---very noisy and hard to control . But I am being picky---condos were beatiful--nicely located and 2 of the 3 bedrooms were mrvelous
This is a great place to get away from the hustle of the city. It is on a quiet beach with a great wrap around balcony. The Condo is spectacular for a large group of 6 with a good staff. A little far from town but taxi service was good.
Residencias Reef 5200 was a great Cozumel accommodation. Spectacular oceanfront, nice pools, pretty grounds. Short walk south to sand beach. Evening dining is an easy drive into town; many good choices.
Christina deserves to be recognized for her exceptional help for all of our extra rental needs like our jeep, scooters, and our day with the dolphins. If your group wants to be in the best condo at this location this is the one. Huge balcony large bedrooms and the third bedroom that is not ocean view has still enough room for our six yr old and our four yr old to sleep together. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. Like I said this is the place to stay in Cozumel.

We loved the accommodations. The location was great. Even when we checked in late at night, we were helped with our bags and got right in to the condo. The only thing this unit lacked was a dishwasher.
The dryer broke shortly after we arrived, which was frustrating since we were six people and there was laundry. But we realized that it could have happened to anyone. It looked fairly new.
My family and I rented unit #5200 at Residencias Reef condos for our 10 day stay. Upon arriving and displaying our reservation confirmation we were escorted to our unit, helped with our luggage, and given a brief overview of the unit. It was perfect for our family - a room for my wife and myself, and one for each of our sons. The views of the beach are awesome, and the large, fully appointed kitchen is great! Being able to take such a short walk to the pier to meet the dive boat each day spoiled us, and the large balcony was perfect for rinsing and drying our gear afterwards. If you stay here you will want to rent a car to drive into town and to see the rest of the island, but this location was perfect for us! The only thing that could have been better was the fact that the A/C seemed to struggle to keep the living room and adjoining master suite cool in the afternoons, but that is understandable since the summer sun shines full force through the glass wall (the same one that affords such an outstanding view!). We would/will definitely stay here again!

This 3Bed/3Bath was perfect for a family vacation. Very comfortable with beautiful views of the beach. Lots to do along San Francisco Beach during the day, but not many dining choices in this area at night - you will want a car for nightlife and touring the island. Bring water shoes, as the shore in front of the condos has a lot of coral to navigate. Sandy entry a short walk down the beach.
This condo clean, spacious and beautiful with wonderful views of the ocean. The location was great - fairly private - nice swimming pool and convenient to the ocean and docks. Cozumel At Home made booking the reservation easy and efficient. We enjoyed our stay very much and will most certainly come back.
The facility is beautiful and everyone was helpful at Residencias Reef. There were some phone and TV problems, but, for our purposes, it was perfect.
Sunsets don't get much better than this. We really appreciated the size and quality of the apartment. The kitchen was large and well furnished, only thing that was missing was a dishwasher.
