Residencias Reef 6220 is a wonderful well maintaned unit with a nice view of the wonderful sand beach, comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen,and a great porch. It is a short drive to town where there are many wonderful restaurants.During our stay the beach was very quiet and peaceful, even though there are busy beach clubs a short walk down the beach. If anything needs to be improved, it would be the livingroom chairs which are not comfortable. Not a huge problem though, since we spent very little time watching tv in the livingroom. I would definately rent this unit again.
The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The view from the balcony, especially at sunset, was amazing. The grounds and pools are well maintained. The resort is very quiet and relaxing but it's a short walk to the beach club next door if you want more excitement. It's a great location for visiting the southern beaches. And if you don't feel like traveling the beach right outside your door is beautiful too. The owner, as well as the on-site management, was great to deal with. We had a wonderful stay here.
A beautiful location and a very well appointed unit. Tastefully decorated with local artwork, modern appliances and very clean. We had a wonderful time and would like to thank the Heinz family for sharing their bit of Cozumel paradise with the rest of us!
Great place, very clean,nicely decorated. We used the patio table every morning, wonderful views! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great 2 bedroom condo, it felt like home and had a well stocked kitchen (anything you needed in order to cook or store food, even a cooler for the beach!).
The only thing that was sub standard -- and I mean sub standard were the towels! Quite a few had holes!
This was a wonderful property on one of the best beaches on Cozumel. Our family of four didn't want to go home.
We enjoyed our week at the condo at Residencias Reef. The condo and pools were well kept, and the beach was lovely.

The property is new and well kept. The grounds were impeccable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom for 5 and had ample room. The property was pleasantly quiet with a large pooI, nice views and nice beach. This part of the island is removed from the towns busyness. We relied on taxi's our first trip but rented a car our 2nd. Would suggest the car for the freedom to roam and explore the many wonderful beaches and restaurants around the island. I recommend for families, romance, reunions and retreats. I hope to go back.
