Condo inside was perfect.Building and outside area showing signs of neglect.Pool area covered in dark mildew.Entire building could use cleaning and paint.Elevator had contiued problems working.These are only observations that I hope will be helpful.jh
We've been to Cozumel more times than we can count and stayed at many places. This was the best location and condo we have found. Fulvio the manager was great, the artwork in the condo was awesome. The furniture was very comfy. We can't wait to come back again and will stay here again.
NAH HA was great!! We had no problems with the property. The 3rd bedroom doesn't cool down like the front 2, but it was adequate with the fan. The views are spectacular, the swimming pool & grounds are great, kitchen was well equipped. Dvd player & TV in every bedroom. I would personally upgrade the TV in the living room, but it is more than adequate. Besides, I didn't go to CZM to watch TV. ;) At home in CZM handled everything, the owners do take excellent care of the condo & it's close to town & airport. I don't like staying in town because sometimes you want to get away from all the cruise ship passengers and Nah Ha is a quiet little retreat. Met some of owners of condo's, all were very nice and helpful with local restaurant ideas!
The condominium was very nice and well kept. The shower in the sencond bedroom is not working but plenty of showers in the place. Snorkeling was great off the shore.
The accomodations at Nah-Ha were excellent. Spacious, clean and very much a "home away from home" - would return to this property in the future and certainly recommend it to travellers looking for a waterfront property with gorgeous sunsets!
Paradise! Huge, beautiful condo in pristine condition. 3 full baths one half-bath. Immaculate grounds, and the snorkeling is beyond belief! If you go, you MUST bring snorkeling gear! We will absolutely be back to rent this condo again as we couldn't be happier.

This is a lovely and beautiful spot to spend a vacation on a wonderful island. Just don't rent it when we want to be there!!!
The staff with At Home in Cozumel have alway's been accomodating. Even last minute trips they make it work. They represent only the finest in properties...
We stayed for one week in #702 and would not hesitate to either return or to recommend to our friends/family. The unit itself was very large and clean with a layout that ensured privacy among the different bedrooms. The patio was *huge* with an unbelievable view - we spent a lot of time relaxing there! The location is fantastic, about a 5 minute drive from the main plazza and ferry terminal in San Miguel. The staff was always available and very friendly to work with, though we never had any problems that would require their help. Free long distance to US was a nice added perk, as was free wi fi. Great home away from home!

We recently went on our annual trip to Cozumel. We've been going there for over 10 years and this time decided to rent a condo instead of a house. This was also our first time renting at the North end. Unit 702 at Nah Ha is fabulous!!! Artwork by the owner is the essence of Cozumel. Clean, spacious,comfortable furnishings, nicely decorated and the cooks Endeya and Maria were the best we've ever had. Their food preparation was excellent and very nicely presented! Fulvio the manager took care of our problems with the Fridge leaking very promptly. The view is wonderful we saw Dolphins the first day there. This building is very well maintained and location is very close to town & airport. There was always some maintenance personnel and a doorman around. The only drawbacks I can see were the ice-maker didn't work as they had to order a part. They need more umbrellas for shelter down near the pool, No CD,stereo in the living room. Current is too strong for snorkeling. This building is nice and quiet which we loved (which may why there is no stereo). We will rent this unit again if available. Everything from the reservation to our stay was done professionally and swiftly. I will use At Home In Cozumel in the future for all our rentals in Cozumel.Wish we could come down more often!Thanks for taking such good care of us.S.VerschooreSt.Charles, Il
The condo was so much more than we were expecting! Flavio was very helpfull along with the door men/maids and a bonus was the friendly visitors and owners of the condo facility that we met!! I would come back in a heart beat!! THANKS!!
Very nice, new, well furnished and spacious condo. The booking agent and manager could not have been nicer. The pool was great and it was fun being able to jump in for a snorkle in the incredibly clear water right off the deck.
The building was excellent and top quality. For example, the kitchen appliances were nicer than what we have at home. The view was famtastic. The staf helpful, but never obtrusive. The only thing that was missing was a sand beach.

This property is just beautiful. Excellent facilities and a helpful staff. This was better than any hotel room in Cozumel. Roomy, well appointed with a view that cannot be beat.
