  Raul was great and very helpful. Whenever there was an issue, he immediately took care of it and personally saw that it was corrected. He was amazing. On site security was very impressive and courteous. We had a great time.

  everything worked fine. Only suggestion, don´t make the people print out the whole document you send by mail (many pages long!) when all that is needed is the access code to get in the property.

  The house is beautiful and clean and very homey. The only complaint we had was the fact that the a/c wasn't working for the first 5 - 6 days that we were there, and it was hot!
