    The rental was great, the price was right. We went down for Ironman and the condo was located right on the run course. I suggest providing shampoo, conditioner and a blow dryer since know one travels with that anymore and expects it from thier host hotel. Also like the beach could be cleaned up, lots of trash on it. Regardless we would definitely rent here again.

    Loved the condo! it had an amazing view of the beach and lovely wrap around porch to relax on. The sea life decor on the walls was awesome. If we return to Cozumel we will definitely stay in this condo again.

    Great Place, Great Views, Convenient location

    We had a great spring break with friends at the Las Brisas. A quiet place with great views and convenient to town. Would suggest renting a car to get to town. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms came in handy. Never got tired of the interesting artwork. Not very many neighbors in the condos. The kitchen was handy for those eat in meals. The toaster could be replaced, but everything else worked great!

    Pool was a bit chilly and there are rocks in the water and boat traffic. Just stay in close to shore and see some tropical fish right on the beach.

    We swam with the dolphins and shore diving in Chankanaab park, some boat diving, and spent a day at paradise beach club. Tour to the east side of the island and have a beach all to yourself. After a week we still could have stayed a few more days.

    I have stayed at Las Brisas 101 before and it is such an amazing condo. It is almost like staying in a Wyland Exhibt. The colors and the comfort of this condo truly make it a home away from home. The view and beach are so tranquil. The sunsets happen right in front of the balcony. Enjoy!!!!!!!!
