All 6 of us women were thilled when we walked into the condo! It was even beter than the web pics! The staff was wonderful, well what little we saw of them. We were left alone unless we needed anything and then it was taken care of immediatly. The guards were nice and we felt perfectly safe not only at the condo but thro out the city as well! We were already talking about our next trip back before we left! This place was wonderful!!!
The unit is spotless but we did have some maintenance problems that mostly got resolved. However, the visitors really need access to a phone when these things happen. Also it would be nice if someone would show the visitors how to use the stove, ac, tv, etc.
A great place to stay for adults!!Quiet, clean beach and nice pool, dunk tank for cleaning scuba gear. Rental car best to get around(reserved parking.)Limited shore snorkling.Unit was clean but some broken stuff: dryer did not dry, cable TV did not work (poor directions),no way to close curtains, AC hard to adjust. This unit is oddly furnished but met our needs. Could use better balcony chairs as the ones provided were too low to let you see the awesome view.Maid service over the top!Felt very secure with gate guard, beach security at night, etc. The guest info binder is pretty much useless and needs to be updated.Suggest guests go to the supermarket ASAP to get some staples such as paper towels, salt, pepper, sugar, as these are not provided. Will definitely book this place again, staying away from town suited our family perfectly.
We felt so at home , we arrivwed at 2:30 the unit was not yet cleaned so we went out to buy grocerys and look around town , unit was cleaned when we returned , We very much enjoyed the condo, the view was beautiful and the beach front nice , only problems were , better towels are needed ,and a few more for the kitchen , The hot water did not work the 2nd day but was fixed as soon as reported , you may want to check washer as it leaked water all over kitchen , everyone is differant on how they like there beds for us the king size was very hard not too comfortable , but we were okay , all in all We loved the place and will return , Cindy Cavanaugh / Dave Kepler
No problems, convenient boat pick up for diving. Need a rental car out there. Very spacious condo for 4 people.
Property was very clean and spacious. Washer and dryer in the unit were a nice touch.
The condo was terrific. The sunsets were beautiful. The washer and dryer in the kitchen were a welcomed surprise. The maid service was excellent. Renting a car is the way to go.
