  Good and comfortable. Appears to have recently upgraded the living room furniture. Nice having HD and surround sound. Loved the plants on the balcony. We made sure to water as needed. We stayed in unit 8320 the last couple of years, but found 8220 to be more comfortable and well appointed. One thing we missed this year was not seeing the sunsets from the balcony. Think it's time to trim the palm trees ;-)

  I stayed at this condo for 5 days in March. It was a great place, beautiful condo, beautiful grounds--including the iguanas, beautiful pools. I was a little disappointed with the beach since there was rocks in the entry of the ocean and the hot tub was not working. There was not enough hot water to fill up the tub. Otherwise, perfect place!

  We travel to Cozumel several times a year to scuba dive. We have used At Home in Cozumel to rent several condos. This year, we decide to try Residencias Reef and we fell in love! The property is fantastic: extremely well kept and maintained, exceptional staff, your own beach, two pools, private sun decks, good quality cushioned wood lounge chairs and tables, a palapa at the pool for shade along with bathrooms, manicured landscaping and most of all quiet...what more can you ask for. Our condo was 8220 and it is actually even nicer than the website photos depict. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The decor is tasteful and welcoming. I was afraid 17 days would be too long a stay but we enjoyed the property so much, the time flew by.
  At Home in Cozumel did an excellent job in all respects. We particularly wish to single out the property manager, Javier, for his excellent customer service. We had a couple of small items to get handled and one of the AC units went out during a national holiday but he was on top of it right away for us.
  For those of you who wonder about the noise factor with Residencias being somewhat close to the road, no worries. The construction of the buildings is solid and the windows are double-paned. We met a couple of owners of other condos during our stay and they have nothing but praise for the property. ENJOY!
