Las Brisas 702 is an AMAZING place!

I have to admit, after booking this property online I was a little nervous. Pictures are beautiful, but you never know how a place is until you see it in person... Las Brisas 702 turned out to be even BETTER than advertised!
We stayed for 8 nights over Christmas. It is on the north end of town, away from all the "all inclusives" and tourists, yet a short cab ride into town. Condo is huge, clean, well-stocked (amenity wise) and absolutely beautiful. Has 3 big bedrooms with baths,
living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry room - and, free calls to the US and Mexico as well as internet. The best part? It sits on a small beach and has a balcony that runs the entire width of the condo. We spent lots of time out there just enjoying the
sound of the waves, looking at the water and watching the cruise ships go in and out. The sunsets are absolutely beautiful.
Fulvio (property manager) was very helpful - stoppped by and gave tips about the condo as well as where to eat and what to do from an "insiders" perspective. Cristina had a rental car delivered directly to our door. Lucy stopped by every day to clean and do
laundry.
There is so much to do in Cozumel - we snorkeled (of course), went to the beaches on the east side of the island, did the Xrails into the jungle and Jade Caverns (TOO much fun) and took a day trip to Playa Del Carmen/Tulum. Shopped some, ate and drank a lot
and just relaxed. It was a fabulous week. EVERYONE in Cozumel is so friendly - our rental car agent offered to lend us his personal snorkeling gear for the week :-)
We would go back to Cozumel and stay at Las Brisas in a heartbeat. I can't imagine a more peaceful, beautiful, clean place to stay anywhere on the island.
